At It’s A Feeling our blog is very important; it is the homepage that we present to the world and our space to be up to date, interactive and a little bit of fun. We would love if you would consider getting involved and writing a blog for www.itsafeeling.com
What’s a blog? A blog is a short, informal piece of writing published on the internet.
How do I get it on the website? You don’t need any technical expertise to write a blog for www.itsafeeling.com; simply compile your piece and send it to info@itsafeeling.com and we will do the rest.
What to write about? It’s A Feeling is all about the love of Waterford so we are interested in any blogs with any connection to the Déise.
Tell us about your favourite place in Waterford, your favourite walk, cycle, drive or view. What are your hobbies? If you fish the Blackwater, sail Dungarvan Bay or have been known to play a round or two of golf tell us what it’s like to practice those pastimes here.
The blog is also a great platform for promotion; we are happy to use press releases that you may have produced for your festival, event or new business.
Some tips:
Short and sweet: blogs are usually quite short; a few hundred words is fine
Be yourself: this is all about your take on something so speak as yourself
It’s all for fun: blogs are a form of entertainment so include a story or some humour and don’t take it too seriously!
Put people in the picture: if at all possible please attach a picture to with your blog; pictures are a wonderful way to catch people’s attention
